Description:
This is the standard AWS D1.1 Unlimited qualification test on 1" mild steel A36 plate with backing in one position. This test can be taken with the following processes, SMAW, GMAW-S, GMAW, FCAW-S, and FCAW-G. This test can also satisfy the requirements for the LA City Welding License (SMAW & FCAW-S only).
Number of Hours: 2.5
Required Equipment: All students must provide their own tools and PPE.
