Description:
Join our FREE two-day introduction course for the community and students 14 years of age and older who would like to explore the safety and basic techniques to turn and shape metal. This in-person experience includes 2-hours of mandatory safety instruction on Day 1, followed by 4 hours of forging on the next day.
Please note: Submission of an application does not confirm acceptance to the program. You will be notified via email once your registration has been accepted.
*Required Equipment: safety glasses, leather work gloves, closed-toe shoes, and long pants.
*Required Documents: Liability Consent Forms for adults (18+) and Parental Consent Form for participants under 18 years of age (see Attachments).

Monday, April 14th & Tuesday - Mandatory Safety Meeting | 5:00PM-7:00PM
Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 - Hands-On Forging Makerspaces:
*Session 1: 8:00 AM-12:00PM
*Session 2: 1:00PM-5:00PM
*Note: Instructor Alex will place you in a session!
OPTION #2:
Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 - Safety Meeting | 5:00PM-7:00PM
Thursday, April 17th, 2025 - Hands-On Forging Makerspaces:
